My friend and I are schedule to present a proposal to a group of clients this coming Monday. We called their office to confirm the presentation and we were informed that the presentation will be held in their audio visual room. If we need to use their audio visual, then we would be free to do so. Though our office has no audio visual equipment and I have never used one in my life, my friend had previously worked for audio visual installers company so he will know what to do.

The presentation will be about a project proposal that we hope to close a deal with. It will be really big for me and my partner if we close this one because it will involve a huge amount of money. In addition to that, we are promised a promotion in our job. We have been preparing for this presentation for weeks now and we are yet to make some final touches. Our lines are well practiced and answers to possible questions are also ready. We just wish that lady luck smiles to us.
