Being the graphic designer, my friend Andrew is taking up a design course in http://www.iadtnashville.com/. He has been on this job for quite sometime already though the company thinks that he needs further learning in new designs. At first Andrew was hesitant in accepting the scholarship given by the company. It is for his reason that studying and working at the same time would just turn out to be a bit bad. For the first few weeks of studying he really can not grasp what is being taught by his professor because his mind is still focus on his work. His first exam failed because he did not review instead he finished all the papers that his boss needed. When the company knew that he is not doing good at his studies, they gave him a month of office leave for him focus more on his studies. When he was given enough time to study he passed all his exams and he is getting high grades in his subjects. And when he returned to office he already knows how to balance to study and at the same time work.
